Discounts are calculated based on total cart quantity. If your order is over 20 boxes in total we will automatically apply a 10% discount.

We supply Victoria, NSW and Queensland, mostly within two hours of Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Our chilled delivery means your box will arrive fresh no matter where you are! Head to the checkout and we will let you know if we deliver to your location or not.

Shipping is dependent on two factors. Firstly your location, we are based in Victoria so the further away you are the more expensive the freight. Secondly we look at how many boxes are delivered per location. The freight rate per box will decrease per carton added to location. Shipping many boxes to one location will be much cheaper than shipping a singular box to many. For this reason we can not provide an exact quote on delivery until checkout as we need both total boxes and delivery addresses to calculate this. A rough guideline would be $15-25 per box depending on location, with this reducing per carton added to location.

We ask for a mobile number for each recipient address to help reduce the chances of failed deliveries. Our delivery partner, HDS, requires a mobile number (not a landline) to send a text notification with tracking details to the recipient the night before delivery. They may also use this number to contact the recipient if there are any issues during delivery. Since our cherries are perishable goods, it's crucial to avoid delays and ensure a smooth delivery process.

We will always do our best to accommodate your requirements but there are some limitations. Corporate Orders are delivered during business hours in the first 3 weeks of December. Due to the volume, we can change the week of delivery, but not the day or time. For Home Delivery, If you need to change the delivery day, its best to give us a call.

We can’t add a card, but you have the option of writing a short message (150 characters) when you place the order for either Corporate or Home Delivery, which will be applied to the inner carton.

At least a week from delivery. Our cherries are typically picked, packed and shipped within 72 hours. The cherry carton is packed into a protective shipper carton which provides additional insulation, then delivered via a premium chilled courier service.  If there are any issues you can simply call us and we will refund or replace.

If you haven’t submitted your order yet, you can easily make changes, including address updates, through the corporate portal. Log in to your account and make the necessary edits before finalising your order. If the order is already submitted, please email onlinesales@koalacherries.com.au for assistance with modifications.

The box can be left outside, and the driver will do their best to place it in a shaded, safe area. However, for optimal freshness and shelf life, we recommend refrigerating the cherries as soon as possible after delivery.

A copy of your invoice will be emailed to you after placing the order. You can also access your invoice anytime by logging into the corporate portal and navigating to your order history.
