Deliveries are best suited to residential addresses. Office deliveries are not recommended. Our courier partner is not required to use elevators, if there is no building reception your cherries will be left in the building lobby, please consider delivering to a home address instead. As Cherries are fresh produce, we can not deliver to PO boxes. We also strongly discourage deliveries to shopping centres or hospitals, as refrigerated couriers are not set up to deliver to these types of addresses. The couriers do not require their drivers to knock so please keep an eye on your delivery notifications on the day of arrival.

Whilst we can't guarantee a specific date or time, due to cherries being weather dependent, you can select your preferred delivery date in the checkout. These will be tailored to your location. If no dates are available please reach out. 90% of deliveries arrive on their preferred delivery day.

Your cherries are packed in our facility, staying chilled in transit thanks to our refrigerated courier service. Shipping cost is calculated based on your location and how many boxes are delivered to the same address, multiple boxes to one location reduce freight cost per box.
