We have a Quality Guarantee on all our cherries purchased through our on line store. If you are unhappy with the quality of our product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your cherries. Provide an explanation of your complaint and photos of the affected cherries. We will assess your claim and be in contact to offer a solution.
We will endeavour to replace or refund your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, You’ll need to provide some pictures of the fruit and an email outlining the issues you have found. We also require the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a refund, you can contact us at email@example.com If your refund is accepted, we’ll pay you the full amount, direct into your bank account or provide a credit for the same amount within 7 days.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items Cherries cannot be returned, only refunded or replaced.
Refunds Once we’ve received an email with photos and or spoken to you to discuss your concerns, we will respond within 48 hours and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get the goods you want is to let us know your concerns, provide photos, and once we accept the quality claim and advise you of that, make a separate purchase for the new item.
