You can schedule deliveries to one or multiple addresses during the four weeks leading up to Christmas.
Choose between our 2kg ($60) or 5kg ($125) premium cherry boxes, each beautifully presented in a limited-edition festive design, complete with your custom gift message.
All orders are delivered by HDS, our premium chilled courier, servicing Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane metro, plus select regional areas to ensure your cherries arrive fresh and perfect.
Orders of 20 cartons or more receive a 10% discount.

A note on delivery — please read before you order
Sending cherries as a corporate gift lands differently to a hamper or a voucher. Fresh, seasonal, straight from the farm. But before you order, there's one thing you need to understand.
Refrigerated couriers are not Australia Post.
They're closer to a meal delivery service, designed specifically to get cold food to someone's front door. That means they operate completely differently to a standard parcel service.
They will not:
- Enter office buildings or go up elevators
- Wait for someone to come downstairs
- Deliver to mailrooms, reception desks, or lobbies
- Navigate city streets to find parking outside a commercial building
- Deliver to shopping centres or business parks
They drive a refrigerated van. They need a front door. They leave the box, and they move on.
All deliveries must go to a residential address. No exceptions.
We say this clearly because if an order goes to a non-residential address, the delivery fails, your recipients don't receive their gift in time, and the fruit spoils. Trying to redirect a refrigerated delivery after the fact is a nightmare, and often not possible in time. We'd rather be upfront about this now.

Corporate Order FAQ's
Our cherries are delivered via refrigerated courier, which operates completely differently to a standard parcel service like Australia Post. Think Uber Eats, not Amazon.
Refrigerated couriers are designed to deliver to homes. They will not enter office buildings, go up elevators, wait for someone to come downstairs, or deliver to mailrooms, reception desks, or shopping centres. They drive a refrigerated van and need to be able to park at a front door and leave the box safely.
We supply VIC, NSW and QLD, to most suburbs within two hours of Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. Our premium chilled delivery ensures your cherries arrive fresh and perfect, no matter where you are. Simply head to the checkout, or visit our delivery locations page and we’ll confirm whether we deliver to your location. Delivery must be to residential addresses to ensure a smooth delivery.
Shipping is dependent on two factors. Firstly your location. We are based in Victoria so the further away you are the more expensive the freight. Secondly we look at how many boxes are delivered per location. The freight rate per box will decrease per carton added to the same address. Shipping many boxes to one location will be much cheaper than shipping a singular box to many. For this reason we can not provide an exact quote on delivery until checkout as we need both the total amount of boxes and delivery addresses to calculate this. A rough guideline would be $15-25 per box depending on location, with this reducing per carton added to the same address.
For corporate orders we offer deliveries in the four weeks leading into Christmas. You may choose a week or we can allocate one to you. When choosing a delivery week, please keep in mind office closures leading into Christmas.
Yes! All orders are delivered by HDS, our premium chilled courier, servicing Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane metro, plus select regional areas to ensure your cherries arrive fresh and perfect. Note: Delivery must be to residential addresses to ensure a smooth delivery.
Discounts are calculated based on total cart quantity. If your order is over 20 boxes in total we will automatically apply a 10% discount. We do not offer any further discounts for larger orders.
We ask for a mobile number for each recipient address to help reduce the chances of failed deliveries. Our delivery partner, HDS, requires a mobile number (not a landline) to send a text notification with tracking details to the recipient the night before delivery. They may also use this number to contact the recipient if there are any issues during delivery. Since our cherries are perishable goods, it's crucial to avoid delays and ensure a smooth delivery process.
You have the option of writing a short message (150 characters) for either Corporate or Home Delivery, which will be applied to the box.
At least a week from delivery. Our cherries are typically picked, packed and shipped within 72 hours. The cherry carton is packed into a protective shipper carton which provides additional insulation, and is delivered via a premium chilled courier service. If you haven’t submitted your order yet, you can easily make changes, including address updates, through the corporate portal. If the order is already submitted, please email onlinesales@koalacherries.com.au for assistance with modifications.
A copy of your invoice will be emailed to you after placing the order. You can also access your invoice anytime by logging into the corporate portal and navigating to your order history.
A story spanning generations
In 1944, Reginald and Mary Rouget established a cherry, berry and stone fruit orchard in the Yarra Valley. A few years later, their sons John, Max and Brian left school early to join them on the farm. The business was then known as R.J. Rouget and Sons, a true family operation where everyone had a role.
As the years went on, John and Brian’s sons, Michael and Simon, grew up among the orchards, learning the craft from their fathers and grandparents. They developed a lifetime of horticultural knowledge and a deep passion for growing premium cherries.
Today, Michael and Simon proudly own and operate this third generation business, with the fourth generation of Rougets now stepping into the fold. Although the orchards have grown and evolved, the same family values, work ethic and love for great cherries remain at the heart of everything we do.
